The ideal candidate will be a well organised people person who is genuinely interested in recruitment, and has proven themselves in an admin role or even spent a little time working in a recruitment agency.
As part of a sociable outgoing recruitment team, you will be working alongside the Recruitment Manager, and can look forward to involvement in every aspect of the recruitment process, from helping to put together job specs, vet CVs and set up interviews, to helping to arrange recruitment events, and liaising with the various departments throughout the firm in respect of recruitment needs.
