We’re on the hunt for a full-time Finance Practice Specialist to join a top international law firm in London. This pivotal role is all about working closely with the European Investment Management Group, providing vital operational support and helping to shape and execute their strategic priorities.

Responsibilities you’ll embrace:
– Driving financial performance through monitoring key metrics, managing client billing and collections, and generating comprehensive reports
– Enhancing organisational efficiency by tracking business opportunities, ensuring timely completion of action items, and coordinating training and development programs
– Assisting with internal updates and talent initiatives, including succession planning, promotions, and hiring

As a Finance Practice Specialist, you’ll collaborate extensively with Finance, Legal Project Management, Business Development, and Talent teams, as well as European Investment Management Group partners. You’ll report directly to senior members of the Practice Management and Marketing teams, making this a role with plenty of scope for visibility and impact.
