IT Service Desk Supervisor

We are looking for a Service Desk Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a London IT Service Desk and ensure exceptional technical support for staff and clients. In this hands-on role, you will supervise and develop a team of IT Support Analysts, manage workloads and coverage, and provide direct user support across multiple channels when needed.

Working closely with global IT teams, you will help deliver smooth, coordinated 24/7 support across regions and act as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues or service concerns. You will communicate regularly with the IT Manager, reporting on performance metrics, supporting major incident response, and contributing to process improvements and ITIL-aligned best practices.

The role also involves providing priority support to senior stakeholders, coordinating technical and AV support for key internal and client events – including depositions and hearings—and overseeing IT asset inventory. Flexibility is required, with occasional early, late, or weekend coverage and occasional travel for event support.
